The Drifter

The sky takes on shades of orange during sunrise and sunset, the colour that gives you hope that the sun will set only to rise again.

A being that Seto met on the floating islands, in a small copy of their world. The Drifter is an interesting person with skin that's the same color of the sky. They don't speak and instead talk with a device that reminds Seto of a fairy or with their hands. Later on Seto learned the Drifter found and learned both things because their voice died at some point. Seto also finds their determination to keep going regardless both admirable and frightening in turn, the latter more due to the boy's own complicated feelings regarding death. The Drifter has agreed to teach Seto sign language. They're louder then they think they are or at least Seto thinks so.
