Character Information
Name: Seto
Series: This Is Fine: The Game Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon
Appearance: Here
Age: 15
Canon Point: Post game [04/06/18] Post manga

Canon History: Here! Let me know if it's not enough and I'll write something up.

Personality: At heart Seto is an incredibly kind person. Possessing a cheery outlook on his life despite the whole post-apocalypse thing, Seto is the kind of person who offers a hand to help those he runs across. While he can come across as kind of naive with certain subjects due to living in a observatory for pretty much most of his life, despite what he goes through during the game, he still remains optimistic. Definitely a 'glass half full' kind of guy.

A defining trait of Seto is his bravery and determination. This is immediately displayed when he first meets Ren. So the first other human besides his Grandpa ollies off into a spooky subway station filled with ghosts? Sure he'll follow. Said girl is apparently involved in 'end of the world' shenanigans and asks for help despite neither of them knowing each other? Yeah, he's still going to help. Despite the hazards to his health Seto keeps going in order to meet Ren again and is willing to go into some very dangerous places to do so.

He is very forgiving as well, for someone who lives in a post-apocalyptic world. Seto doesn't hold it against Crow for running off with his pendant and even Shin, someone who's trying to end the rest of humanity earns some level of forgiveness after their fight is over. He's also shown to be a pretty trusting kind of guy. However, this does not mean Seto is a complete pushover. He's still mad at Crow for stealing his things until the other boy falls off the roller coaster track and doesn't back down against Shin despite the fact that the man is out to kill him. While Seto's first reaction wouldn't be to resort to violence against someone, he will fight if something he cares of is in danger, leading to a repeated deceleration he will protect Ren in the manga.

Underneath all of this, however, is someone who is terrified of being alone again. On top of his Grandpa's instructions to head to Tokyo Tower, Seto sets off to find more people because to him being alone is unbearable. Throughout the game Seto is shown to be deeply affected by the deaths of those he meets and becomes close to, ending in a mental breakdown in the manga when it's discovered that Ren will eventually die when her medication runs out. To him, being completely alone in the world is horrible and he wants someone, anyone, to be with and talk to, even if they don't reply. He even comments that discovering something new isn't as meaningful without someone to share it with.

So for once, Seto will be one of those rare folks who will consider the shores of LifeAftr a blessing rather then a curse. It's reuniting him with his friends, after all.

Abilities: Seto is shown in the game to have a very minor sense of empathy and is able to pick up strong emotions from the items he collects across the game known as Memory Items. However since Fragile Dreams is super vague on how this works, I'll be putting a limit on it. With player/mod permission will Seto be able to pick up only strong emotions. For example he won't be getting much from a random stick in someone's possession but he'll probably pick up a lot more from their family photos. If I do not have permission it simply won't work.

Otherwise Seto is pretty good at defeating ghosts with the random items he finds/buys but otherwise is a normal kid.

Inventory:

The clothing on his back, including a large fish food canister thing. I don't know either.
A locket which carries his valuables (in which are a strange blue stone, a loose screw, a Skull Ring and a yellow flower brooch)
A flashlight, with bonus water damage thanks to LifeAftr's water.
An iron pipe
